This program is completely free and there are no monetary costs expected from participants.

The NGG training has 2 time slots that you can choose from

Monday to Friday – 10am-3pm
Monday to Friday – 5pm-9pm

No you cannot,  You are allowed to choose only one session, all participants choose the session they would prefer to be in and then are assigned to the group from the beginning of the program  

Every participant is assigned 24 essential courses which must be completed within the 1st 2 weeks. The Next 4 weeks are for tailored courses according to your field.

No, we do not grant extensions. If you do not complete the courses, you will not be eligible to move to the next phase or receive any incentive from the program.

No company will let go of any staff who is valuable, they have invested time, resources and funding to customize you to their company. So they will keep you. 

Yes, the contract ends in 1 year but the NGG program is here for you all the way. We are here to support you to continue to grow and thrive. If at any point you find new opportunities for advancement, feel free to reach out to us. We’ll provide the training and coaching you need to excel in your desired role through skills development and interview preparation.

Yes, that can happen especially when you see the real nature of the job position you have
chosen, and you no longer believe it’s the path that suits your life or family. We will have
another session with you to help you redirect your career plans and work with you to see the best way forward.

Yes, it may seem too good to be true, but it’s real. We are committed to removing as many barriers as possible to help you achieve your dream career. There are no hidden expectations—only a requirement that all participants give 100% commitment throughout the program. It is highly intensive, and each participant is expected to dedicate 8 hours per day to successfully complete it.
